Ingredients:

kg extra lean beef mince (5% Fat)

Tbsp grapeseed oil
·

onions

5
celery stalks
·
2
red capsicum
·
5
carrots
·
6-8
cloves garlic, minced
·
2
Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
·
2
Tbsp chili flakes
·
3
Tbsp chili powder
·
3
Tbsp cumin seeds, crushed
·
Salt
for seasoning

2
cans chickpeas
·
2
cans four bean mix
·
2
cans kidney beans
·
2
cans Italian tomato diced
·

can corn kernels
Directions:
1. Brown meat
2. In a separate pan, add 2 Tbsp grapeseed
oil.
3. Fry chopped onions. When slightly cooked
after 4-5 mins, add garlic. After
a few minutes, add the rest of the chopped vegetables including, capsicum, celery, carrots, and
seasonings (Worcestershire sauce, chili flakes, chili powder, cumin seeds). Add
canned tomatoes as well.
4. Add the cooked beef mince.
5. Cover and pressure cook for 35-45
minutes.
6. Add canned chickpeas, corn, four bean
mix, kidney beans.
7. Cook for an additional 20 minutes to
reduce.
Alternative : Use 1kg of turkey mince and 500g beef
mince
